This Privacy Policy explains how Ottie Wealth ("Ottie," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the website at https://trade.altllm.ai and related product surfaces (the "Service"). The Service provides automated investing across crypto and tokenized real-world assets, including strategy automation (e.g., DCA), portfolio and funding views, tokenized assets, market intelligence, and other trading related information or markets.

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Ottie Wealth is a product of Alt Research Ltd, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands and it operates the Service. For privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at support@altllm.ai.

We are not a bank, broker-dealer, money transmitter, or investment adviser. Nothing in this Policy or the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account identifiers. When you sign in, we receive your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile information Google returns (name, email, profile image, Google account ID).
  • Communications. Messages you send to support, feedback, survey responses, and any other content you submit.
  • Configuration inputs. Strategy parameters (e.g., DCA amount, frequency, asset selection), watchlists, regional preferences, and other settings you configure.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection data. IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type and version, operating system, device type, language, time zone, referrer URL, and pages viewed.
  • Usage data. Actions taken in the Service (pages visited, features used, clicks, session duration, error events, performance metrics).
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 8.

2.3 Information from wallets and on-chain activity

The Service relies on Privy-managed server wallets to enable funding and automation. Through Privy, we receive and process:

  • Wallet addresses associated with your account (Ethereum, Solana, Hyperliquid, and other supported chains).
  • Wallet balances, token holdings, and position data needed to display account readiness.
  • Transaction history initiated through the Service, including deposits, withdrawals, strategy executions, and trades on venues such as Hyperliquid.

Blockchain transactions are public by design. Wallet addresses, balances, and transaction histories on Ethereum, Solana, Hyperliquid, and other supported networks are visible to anyone with access to those networks, and we xcannot delete or alter on-chain data.

2.4 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Identity and wallet providers (e.g., Privy) — authentication signals, wallet provisioning data, and session metadata.
  • Execution venues and data providers (e.g., Hyperliquid, tokenized asset issuers, market data feeds) — execution confirmations, market data, and account or position metadata.
  • Analytics, fraud-prevention, and infrastructure providers — diagnostic, security, and reliability signals.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including authentication, wallet provisioning, strategy automation, and portfolio views.
  • Execute and monitor transactions you direct, surface readiness checks (gas, funding, route status), and display account state.
  • Communicate with you about your account, security events, product changes, and support requests.
  • Improve and develop features, run analytics, debug issues, and measure performance.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and Terms violations.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Ottie, our users, and others.
  • Where required, screen against applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or other regulatory lists.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. How we share information

We share information only as described below.

  • Service providers. Vendors that host, operate, secure, or analyze the Service on our behalf (e.g., cloud infrastructure, logging, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention).
  • Privy. We use Privy to provision and manage server wallets. Privy processes account identifiers, wallet, and transaction data necessary to operate wallets. See https://www.privy.io for Privy's privacy practices.
  • Execution venues and DeFi protocols. Transactions you direct are submitted to venues and protocols such as Hyperliquid and ERC-4626 vaults (e.g., Morpho-based vaults), bridges, and tokenized asset issuers. Those parties independently process transaction data needed to execute your instructions.
  • Public blockchains. On-chain activity is broadcast to public networks (Arbitrum, Solana, and others) and is permanently visible.
  • Authentication providers. If you sign in with Google, Google processes information per its own privacy policy.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information with a third party.

6. International data transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for more information.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context (for example, security logs, transaction records, and tax-relevant data may be retained longer). On-chain data cannot be deleted by Ottie.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, secure the Service, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking certain cookies may break parts of the Service (including sign-in). Where required by law, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies via an in-product control.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Port your data to another provider.
  • Opt out of certain disclosures or profiling.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, email support@altllm.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Note: rights of access and deletion do not apply to information recorded on public blockchains, which we do not control.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Privy-managed server wallets are used so that automation can execute without exposing seed phrases to users or to us. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for safeguarding access to your email, authentication methods, and any recovery factors associated with your account.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you and authorities as required by law.

11. Risk acknowledgments

The Service interacts with crypto assets, tokenized assets, DeFi protocols, bridges, and trading venues that involve market, custody, smart-contract, bridge, venue, liquidity, and execution risk. No returns are guaranteed. Information you provide and decisions you take in the Service may result in irreversible on-chain transactions. This Policy describes how we handle data; it does not modify the Terms or the risk disclosures applicable to the Service.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

14. Regional availability

The Service is not available in all regions, and certain features (e.g., prediction markets, specific tokenized assets) may be restricted based on your location. We may process location signals to enforce these restrictions.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
